TERMS OF SERVICE - Nettify.no

These terms apply to the use of Nettify (available at https://nettify.no). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Nettify

Nettify is a SaaS service that allows users to generate React-based websites using AI. The service includes, among other things:

  • Generation of websites based on text descriptions
  • Multipage websites
  • Lead generation
  • Booking calendar
  • Nettify-AI on the website
  • Dashboard for leads
  • Domain connection via Entri Connect for domains you already own
  • Purchase of international domains (e.g. .com, .net, .org, .io) directly in Nettify via Entri and Squarespace Domains - .no domains cannot currently be purchased through Nettify
  • “Explore” function for cloning websites

2. Subscription and Payment

Nettify offers the following plans:

All prices are ex. VAT if applicable. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. All payments are securely handled by Stripe, the world’s largest payment provider. Nettify does not store card information - all card data is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1.

Purchase of subscriptions, add-ons, and digital credits (tokens) is final, with the exception of the right of withdrawal described in §7. Digital credits are delivered immediately and are considered commenced delivery of a digital service. If credits have been used, the delivery is considered commenced and the right of withdrawal no longer applies to these.

2.1 Free Trial and Nettify Pro

Nettify offers a 7-day free trial for Nettify Pro. Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline. By starting the trial, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The trial lasts 7 calendar days from activation. After 7 days, your payment method will be automatically charged the current monthly price (399 NOK/month) unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  2. During the trial, you get access to all Pro features, including publishing, domain connection, leads overview, export, and 100 tokens.
  3. Upon cancellation of the trial or subscription, the following will happen:
    • Your published website will be taken offline
    • Connected domains will display a standard Nettify information page until you remove the domain connection in the DNS settings of your domain provider
    • The leads overview will be locked behind a paywall
    • Domain connection will be locked behind a paywall
    • The export function will be locked behind a paywall
    • Tokens will be reset to 10
    • All content and work will be stored for 90 days after cancellation
  4. When reactivating a subscription after cancellation, it may take up to several hours before the website is visible on the connected domain due to DNS propagation.
  5. Only one free trial per user and payment method. Nettify reserves the right to reject repeated trials from the same user.
  6. You can cancel the trial at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

2.2 Delivered Plan

The Delivered Plan is our “done-for-you” service. You don’t have to worry about anything technical - we design, build, purchase your domain, create your logo if you need one, host, run, and maintain the website for you. All for one fixed monthly price, with no binding period and no hidden fees.

  1. Price and billing: The Delivered Plan costs 800 NOK/month. Everything is included - website, domain purchase, hosting, SSL, logo, changes, and support. No setup fee. No hidden costs. No binding period. All payments are securely handled by Stripe - the world’s largest and most trusted payment provider, used by millions of businesses globally. Nettify never stores your card details; all card data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
  2. Free draft within 24 hours: After you submit the form, we build a personalised draft of your website and send it to you within 24 hours. You pay nothing and have no obligations before you choose to activate the subscription yourself.
  3. Publishing within 7 days: Once you have approved the draft and activated the subscription, we publish the finished website on your domain within 7 days.
  4. This is included in the price - you don’t have to arrange anything yourself:
    • Professional, custom design tailored to your business
    • Domain purchase handled for you - we buy and set up your .no domain (or equivalent), so you don’t have to deal with registrars or DNS
    • Logo included - if you need a logo, we design one that matches the website’s style. If you already have a logo, we use it.
    • Front page, services page, about us, and contact page
    • Contact form and/or booking calendar
    • Mobile-friendly and responsive design
    • Hosting, operations, and SSL certificate
    • 1 hour of support per month
    • Priority support - we usually reply within a few hours
    • Changes to the website on request (see point 5)
  5. Your own access and self-editing: You get access to your own project in the Nettify dashboard and can make changes yourself whenever it suits you.
  6. Changes and development by a Nettify expert: You can also ask a Nettify expert to make changes or development for you. This is included in the 1 hour of support per month and is usually done the same day. If you want to use more than the included hour during a month, the scope must be estimated, agreed upon, and approved in writing by both parties before work begins. Additional development and changes beyond the included hour are billed at 800 NOK per hour.
  7. Cancel anytime:
    • The Delivered Plan can be cancelled at any time with no binding period or cancellation fee. Cancellation or termination of the subscription is done by sending an email to [email protected].
    • Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline.
    • Upon cancellation, you will receive your website as HTML and CSS files, so you can take the visual design with you and host it yourself if you wish. Dynamic features such as the contact form, booking calendar, leads dashboard, Nettify-AI, hosting, editor, and support are part of the Nettify service and are not included in the export.
    • Domains purchased through us belong to you. Upon cancellation, responsibility for renewal and DNS will be transferred to you.
    • Content and data are stored for 90 days after cancellation, so you can resume the subscription if you change your mind. After 90 days, everything is permanently deleted.
  8. Ownership: You own the content on your website (text, images, domain). Upon cancellation, you receive your website’s HTML and CSS files as described in point 7. The platform, editor, and underlying systems that deliver the Delivered Plan remain the property of Nettify and are part of the subscription you pay for. You have full usage rights as long as the subscription is active.
  9. Liability: Nettify is not responsible for losses resulting from downtime at third-party providers (domain, hosting, email, etc.) or delays caused by missing information from you.
  10. Right of withdrawal and refund: In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase - without justification. Beyond this, no refunds are given for commenced periods, but you can cancel at any time to avoid renewal.

2.3 Domain Purchases

You can purchase a domain directly through Nettify as an add-on to your subscription. This offering covers international top-level domains (TLDs) such as .com, .net, .org, .io and similar. .no domains cannot currently be purchased through Nettify - these must be ordered from a Norwegian registrar (e.g., Domeneshop, One.com or another Norid-accredited provider) and then connected to Nettify via Entri Connect or manual DNS.

  1. Providers: Domain purchases are facilitated through our partners Entri and Squarespace Domains, which are internationally accredited domain registrars. The actual registration and operation of the domain is performed by these providers in accordance with their own terms.
  2. Price and billing: The price is shown in the purchase flow before you confirm the order and is annual. The domain is billed as a one-time cost per registration period (typically 1 year) and does not renew automatically through Nettify unless otherwise explicitly agreed. Payment is handled by Stripe in the same way as other purchases in Nettify.
  3. Ownership: The domain is registered to you as the registrant. You own the domain and can transfer it to another registrar after the lock-in periods set by ICANN (typically 60 days after registration or change of ownership).
  4. Renewal: You are responsible for renewing the domain before the expiry date. Failure to renew may result in the domain being deleted and becoming available to others.
  5. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 22(n), the right of withdrawal lapses for digital services where delivery has commenced with your consent. A registered domain is considered delivered the moment registration is completed with the registrar, and cannot be refunded. We recommend double-checking spelling and extension before confirming the purchase.
  6. Liability: Nettify is not responsible for losses, delays or errors caused by the domain registrars (Entri, Squarespace Domains) or registration authorities (ICANN/registries), including losses resulting from a desired domain already being registered by others.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use Nettify for illegal content
  • Clone or copy websites you do not have rights to
  • Misuse the system (spam, scraping, hacking, bypassing restrictions)
  • Use Nettify-AI for illegal or harmful purposes

Nettify may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the terms.

4. Content and Rights

You own the content you create in Nettify. Nettify has the right to store and process the content to deliver the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not violate laws, rights, or third-party terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Websites and content generated by AI may contain errors. You are responsible for quality assuring content before publication. Nettify does not guarantee legal, technical, or commercial correctness.

6. Operations and Availability

Nettify strives for high uptime but does not guarantee 100% availability. We may make changes, maintenance, and updates without prior notice.

7. Termination and Refunds

You can cancel or terminate the subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected].

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, send an email to [email protected]. Upon refund, your account and associated website(s) will be deactivated.

Beyond the right of withdrawal, no refunds are given for commenced periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nettify is not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect loss
  • Errors caused by third parties (e.g., Entri, Squarespace Domains, hosting, domain providers/registrars)

The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond what is required by Norwegian law.

9. SMS and Support Communication

By registering and providing your mobile number in Nettify, you consent to us sending you one support SMS at the start of the user relationship, to offer help getting started with your website.

We send this SMS only once, total. The message is intended as customer support, not marketing. You are completely free to reply if you want help, or simply ignore the message. If you choose to ignore it, you will never receive an SMS from us again.

If you wish to opt out in advance, you can send an email to [email protected]. If you delete your account, your mobile number is also deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

The terms may be updated. Significant changes will be notified on the website or by email.
